Welcome to Simply-Q Bar-B-Que (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our catering services, food products, and any related services we provide. By engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Smoke Master Barbecue provides catering services specializing in barbecue and related food offerings. Services are scheduled based on availability and confirmed only after agreement on event details, including:

Date and type of event

Event location

Number of guests

Service time and duration

Agreed catering budget

2. Booking & Payment

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your catering agreement or invoice.

All prices will be confirmed in writing before the event.

Payment methods will be communicated directly with you.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or text).

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the timing of cancellation.

Smoke Master Barbecue reserves the right to retain or refund partial payments based on food preparation and event proximity.

4. Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate event details (date, time, location, guest count, and budget).

Ensure the event location is accessible and suitable for food service setup.

Communicate any dietary restrictions, allergies, or special requests in advance.

5. Company Responsibilities

Provide food and services as agreed upon.

Follow health and safety standards in food preparation and service.

Arrive at the agreed time to provide catering services.

6. Liability

Smoke Master Barbecue is not liable for:

Damages caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.

Delays or inability to provide services due to events beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, or emergencies).

Allergic reactions or health issues not disclosed prior to the event.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, names, and promotional content of Smoke Master Barbecue remain the property of the business and may not be used without permission.

8. Privacy

Client information (such as name, contact information, and event details) will only be used for business and communication purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting or communication to you.
